Kurt Jacobsen CPA Kurt received his Bachleor's Degree in Accounting from the Miami University of Ohio in 1974 and his MBA from Miami in 1975. In 1995, Kurt was named Businessperson of the Year by the Southeastern Butler County Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of Rotary, a Paul Harris Fellow, and has been on the board of the local Chamber of Commerce for over 10 years. Kurt practices in the areas of tax planning and preparation, business valuation, financial consultation, and small business advisory services. |

Harry Wagner CPA Harry graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1983 with a degree in Accounting. He served as president of the Mason Kiwanis for the 1993-1994 year. Currently, he is a member of the Mason Academic Fund Board, Chairman of the community service committee for the Mason Kiwanis, and treasurer of the Northeast Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce. Harry also serves as the firm's representative in the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce. Harry practices in the areas of estate and trust planning, taxation and small business advisory services. |

Paul Williams CPA Paul Williams, the newest partner and President of UGJ, received his degree in accounting from Miami University. Before joining UGJ, Paul held positions with Pepsico, YUM! Brands, Kinkos and his own firm. Paul is particularly interested in the areas of management turnarounds,small business, self-employed individuals, restaurant, real estate development and manufacturing fields. Paul's goal, as he states it, is "to help existing and new clients to improve their personal and financial lives and assist companies to grow and prosper."
